The highlight reels I produce range from an impressive 18-25 minutes in length, which is double, if not triple, the duration provided by most other videographers. This extended length ensures that I capture all the significant moments and emotions of your special day, giving you a more comprehensive and cinematic retelling of your story.

Additionally, I offer exclusive feature films, a service that is rarely available with most other videographers. These feature films provide an in-depth portrayal of your wedding day, allowing you to relive each precious memory with a high level of detail. The length of these films varies greatly depending on the length of your ceremony, and the number and duration of your speeches. I always aim to be above 1 hour, and have produced a couple at over 3 hours long.

Lastly, I provide a level of care and attention to detail in the post production stage of editing. Your audio is tailored to each person speaking, the color correction is adjusted and customized for each clip, all which requires an incredible amount of time. With all this in mind, in order to give my best self creatively, I only book a select number of weddings each year (between 12-15).

To ensure the best experience and availability, it's recommended to book as soon as possible. Most couples book 12–18 months in advance to secure their wedding date. Creating your perfect highlight reel or feature film is a meticulous, time consuming process. I do my best to aim for a 30 day turnaround time - literally one of my favorite parts of the whole process is the butterflies in my stomach feeling when I hit "send" and share your videos with you!! You can expect to receive your video deliverable links within 4–12 weeks after your wedding, along with your personalized usb mailed out within 5-7 business days after. I tend to keep an active editing queue on my Instagram stories, and tag you when I start working on your wedding videos. You may even see a couple of posts and reels as sneak peaks! I like to be as transparent as possible throughout the editing and post production process.

My specific approach often involves what is currently trending as "documentary style" capturing of your wedding day. For the most part, when my camera is rolling, I will remain quiet unless some subtle direction is needed. I tend to let your photographer lead the pace of the day, offering creative and collaborative suggestions along the way if I need more movement in a shot or to pull a little bit more emotion out. I am always always always hyper focused on gauging the environment around me and catching those tiny, beautiful, organic moments that are happening all around. My goal is to capture moments that maybe you didn't experience as well, as nice little surprise tokens scattered throughout your video.

In the lead up to your big day, I will be asking informative questions to make sure I completely understand what you are looking to get out of your video footage: are there special guests or relatives you want me to pay more attention to? How much of your video would you like focused on you two as a couple versus guests? Are there other people speaking or doing reading at your ceremony? Is this your officiant first time? It's the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that really allow me to tailor a video to meet all your wants and needs.

One thousand percent yes. The difference maker between a good and great wedding videographer is their ability to capture clear, crisp audio. Especially during pivotal moments like ceremonies and speeches. Those moments cannot be replicated, and you can't say "cut! let's do another take". With that in mind, it's of the utmost importance to have plans A through D ready for audio. Specifically at the ceremony, I have 4 different sources of active audio (1) a Tascam plugged into a mic output in a DJ speaker (with permission from the DJ, of course), (2) a slim, discrete Sony recorder attached to the primary microphone the officiant and couple will be speaking into (again, with permission from the DJ), (3) PicoMics very discretely attached to both the groom and officiant, which is recording wirelessly into a secondary camera, and (4) a RODE mic attached to the primary camera, which provides ambience and laughter and clapping audio. In post production, all 4 audio sources are scrutinized to choose the best possible for each song, each person speaking, and each environment that the audio was recorded in.

Myself along with my camera and audio equipment are experienced in adapting to any conditions, from walking an icy path in the middle of January when it's well below freezing, to scorching, humid, suns-a-blazing temperatures in the peak of an August summer, to downpours to capture the most beautiful umbrella photos. Yes! The incorporation of drone footage adds another layer of cinematic story telling, allowing for the perfect setting of a scene, or transitional shots. Drone footage is weather and venue regulation permitting, and provide a new, breathtaking perspective of your day.
